Welcome to Tink's Garage

If you've found your way here, chances are you enjoy building things just as much as driving or riding them.

Tink's Garage is where custom motorcycles, classic cars and hands-on engineering projects come together. From transforming a BMW K75 into a café racer to building a Lister Bell Stratos replica, every project is documented from the very first strip-down through to the finished machine.

This isn't about television-perfect restorations or pretending everything goes to plan. It's about solving problems, learning new skills, making mistakes, finding better solutions and sharing the entire journey.

Whether you're looking for inspiration for your own build, researching a specific modification or simply enjoy watching projects come together, you'll find detailed build diaries, workshop guides, time lapse videos, parts information and practical advice based on real-world experience.

Grab a coffee, have a look around the workshop and enjoy the ride.

Born in London UK, now living in Sedona AZ, my very first word was "car" though my passion for motorcycles superceded that. As a child I loved taking things apart, building models and my grandmother coined the name "Tink". I always had an interest in custom vehicles and raced in the UK as well as here in the USA. When I got to the USA I was fortunate to meet a bunch of good old guys with extraordinary engineering skills and learned an enormous amount working with them to build two race cars including an engine swap.
